Returns & Refunds
Every product is made and packed with love and attention and we hope you love your purchase. But if for any reason you want to exchange or return your purchase you can do so within the return period of 30 days as long as its in its original packaging complete, unused and unwashed. Please include your proof of purchase.
Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded to the full.
To arrange a return via courier or other postal method please complete the form and you will be taken through the process

your return.
Process
Once your parcel has been received by our team, it can take around 5 days to process your return. We deal with returns in the order in which we’ve received them. A refund normally take around 3 days to reflect in your bank account. If you have not received a confirmation that we have received your parcel please contact us directly so that we can assist you accordingly.
Items excluded from returns
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return the following/cancel your order in case of the following:
- products that are made to your custom specification or that are personalised for you, for example products with your name, initials or logo embroidered or placed on your product in any other way.
- products that are sealed for health protection, or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Custom Made products that have been made to your unique specification.
- Any product that have been washed, altered or used. (Please make sure to check the size of your product before washing.)
- Mattresses, duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, mattress toppers and pillow protectors if the sealed packaging has been opened.
- Toiletries, beauty products or Laundry products if the seals have been broken.
- Underwear briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
